555 Collins

Fit-Out

Project Overview

Step into the heart of Melbourne at 555 Collins Street, where the interior design of the lobby and four distinct tenancies on Level 6 and Level 20 draw inspiration from the city’s bustling laneways and eclectic mix of bars, hotels, restaurants, and wellness havens. Each space within this project boasts its own unique personality, creating an environment that celebrates the vibrant character of Melbourne.

Elba: This space exudes warmth, featuring light timber tones accented by refreshing seaside hues reminiscent of mint. It’s a breath of fresh air, bringing a touch of the coast into the heart of the city.

Hazel: Embodying understated glamour, Hazel’s muted sandy tones and elegant curved forms create an inviting atmosphere. It’s a subtle nod to sophistication, perfect for those who appreciate refined aesthetics.

Savoy: A sanctuary for wellness and relaxation, Savoy draws inspiration from day spas to promote tranquility. Its design incorporates calming stone textures with luxurious touches, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Como: Modern and chic, Como blends walnut timber textures with hints of industrial urban charm. This space captures the dynamic character of Melbourne, offering a stylish and contemporary environment.

Elegantly curved ceilings and walls adorned with domed timber battens and textured surfaces mark the interior’s distinguished architectural features. These elements guide occupants seamlessly through a variety of workspaces, from the entrance to meeting rooms. The pathways not only facilitate navigation but also inspire creativity in collaborative areas and breakout zones, ensuring a flow that enhances both form and function.

The design philosophy of this project revolves around creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally superior. From the welcoming warmth of Elba to the serene retreat of Savoy, each tenancy on Levels 6 and 20 is a testament to innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship. At 555 Collins Street, the essence of Melbourne is captured and celebrated, making it more than just a place of work — it’s a destination.
